Newbie to DSP, please help.

If I were given two Digital Audio Processors, Model A has a DAC sample rate of 2.8MHz with digital inputs from 32kHz to 48kHz and 16-24 bits (60W power consumption), and Model B has a DAC sample rate of 1.4M with digital inputs from 32kHz to 96kHz and 16-24bits (30W power consumption), which model is more expensive and why?

Further information, the max. output level of analog outputs for Model A can be adjusted via the internal swiches between 0.45V and 9V with output impedance less than 15ohms, while Model B's output level can be adjusted between 0.25V and 4.2V with output impedance less than 50ohms. How would I know which model has a better sonic performance while the stereo power amplifier has an output rating of only 30W/ch RMS?

Thanks.

Any info related would help, please sharing. Thanks.
