How to change the language of dropdown menus in Protel 99 SE to English?

i tried to open sample designs in Protel 99 SE.
the problem is that the language on the toolbars and some on the dropdown menus is not in English..

can someone help me how to change the language in to English at once?
or can anyone here provide a table for the choices on the dropdown menus?

i figured that it could be changed to English, but it had to be done manually that i had to edit every code for the menu/toolbars..

You cannot change the language in Protel99SE. You need to get a version that was distributed for English speaking countries. There are too many menu options to list them all conveniently in a posting here.
