current mirror

hello everyone,
I have a question.My MSB current is varying from -60° to 120°.
My MSB current is produced by current mirror.
How to fix it? Thank you.

Re: current mirror

You'd better make your jpg file smaller. People need 4.5 points to download it.

Re: current mirror

Use bandgap circuit provide reference current. you can get current is independent from temp.

Usually, current vs temp variation will not too hurt to the circuit operation. I suggest you better check the circuit rather than ask for temp independent current source

Re: current mirror

Usually, we will develope a bandgap reference. So we get a constant voltage source. Then we will use a external resistor together with the bandgap volatge to produce a constant current.

I=Vbg÷Rext. Vbg is the bandgap volatge and Rext is the external resistor.

Then I is not sensitive to power and temerature.
