How to calculate the layout geometry size of inductor?

Hi,
I have a question about how to calculate the layout geometry size of inductor by changing the parameters of it?
Here the parameters include Inner Radius、Coil Turns、Width、Spacing.

Added after 50 minutes:

There is a link for it:

But the parameters in it is not the same as above.
Loop of wire with square shape for example, the parameters are: number of turns, width of the rectangle, wire radius, relative permeability of the medium

How the set the parameters, please?
