How to build a simple USB to RS232 converter using TUSB3410?

can anybody please tell me stepwise what should be done to build a simple usb to rs232 converter using TUSB3410? since TUSB3410's free samples are available worldwide, this will be helpful to many people.

is TUSB3410 alone enough to build it or is the TUSB3410 eval board also required?

please help, many MANY thanks!!
