When I use the blazerouter from powerpcb, it locates vias under surface mount devices. I do not want any blind through holes. Is there a way to prevent this, or do you have to move them manually?

iva under smd

Sounds like you have the allow vias inside SMD rule applied in your power pcb.

To check this in Powerpcb:
1. click setup on your toolbar
2. select design rules
3. select default
4. select pad entry. Here is where you will see the selection for SMD

Hope that helps

I think in Blazerouter there's a setting to disable "VIA in pad".

Go View Properties and on the same net tab, You can de-select "Via At SMD" options

Hope that helps.
