How to arrange the DC layer in layout ?

In my layout ,i plan to use three layer(metal1 . metal2 . metal3) as the DC layer(GND . VDD. Vgs ) ,but i am not sure which one as the GND layer and which one as the VDD. which one as the Vgs layer . thanks
 

You should provide more information.
1) What is the function of the circuit? Amplifier, Mixer...?
2) Frequency?
3) Signal Layout
