Thanks for your replay,

I am asking symbl for jumper in layout library with net attachment but it doesn't work
or doesn't connect to net & net status was partial routing.

In Orcad Layout, go to "Library Manager", select "Jumper" libraries.

OR
I will directly add to jumper in layout(board) or capture?

If it it in capture so how?
