Inter-Process Communication(IPC) in Linux Kernel can take place as :
  1. Pipes of all types/kind
  2. Shared Memory (using semaphores)
  3. Message Queue
  4. Sockets
  5. File Based
 

Do you have any reference docs, links or ant E-books for these concepts?
