openings in vlsi

Hi friends,

Everyone is known that now very bad recession time in companies, and in VLSI industries some person's telling that the openings are blooming little bit is that true and when will be openings will arise in VLSI industries, is that good to wait for another few months in VLSI industries to get any openings, I am in big oscillation, plz guide me .
