How does Miller circuit work?

Does anyone have an idea how this ckt works ..
any reference books or documents will be of great help.

It used for the application of providing constant slew when o/p is variable load

The two transisitors form a "Sooch" pair,(Gray and Meyer) the bottom tran is always in triode, therefore it is a simple resistor, the rest is easy.

I didnt get it :( can you please point me where in gray n mayer this topic is written. please its very urgent
im trying to do the simulation with this circuit but behavior of the circuit is not atall matching the expected one ..output has to be same as input pwv irrespective of the load in between 15pf to 75pf

if there is any circuit which can serve the purpose please let me know guys
