how do routing for MIM capacitor? failed in LVS

Hello, i have this lVS error and unable to solve it. How to do routing fo MIM capacitance?? i have used via top,via5 ,via 4 ,via 3 and so on until it is connected to metal 3 and routed to others. however, LVS shows it is not connected. How do it know which is pos or neg according to the LVs error??

You can look over your LVS rule, it has the definiton for the pos and neg of the capcitance.
