Can anyone tell me how to remove the back cover of an Acer AL1717 LCD monitor? I have downloaded a service manual from another post but this only shows an exploded view of disassembly & assembly. There are no obvious screws on the back of the monitor casing so I am a bit stuck!
Thanks

Hi,
Once the pedestal is removed, pry apart at the bottom edge (this will mare slightly and be less visible there) the front and back of case by lifting the overlapping edge. Once it unclips, continu to unclip toward each corner then up the sides. It unsnaps quite loudly but rarely breaks.

Hi maintin,
Thanks for your reply. I sort of figured it out meantime since there were no obvious screws etc!
Thanks again!
