How can I write a atpg lib for mentor dftadvisor?

I find an option for dftadvisor atpglib
Who can tell me how can write one for some design?
What is it format?

Or who can give me an example?

I use mentor dft 2005
 

mentor lib atpg

if you want generate the atpg lib for cells.. use libcomb which reads verilog cell defintitions(from lib vendor) and its generate the atpg lib.

libcomb will installed same path as Fastscan/dftadvisor
