How can I reduce noise on a PCB board?

noise

i have a pcb board, but it's too noisy, how can i cancel this noise.

can you give a clear picture on what circuit you have built on that pcb and where is your location of application gonna be...

I think SCH is more importance, scendly is PCB,
frist attation you SCH.

use some polygon plane and connect them to the ground of your circuit it might be helpful
