I need help or documents or examples how can I reconfigure partialy a Virtex-5 througth a PowerPC440

thanks in advance

Look for HWICAP, as well as Xilinx's documentation for partial reconfiguration using PlanAhead.

In general, it is a bad idea to use the PPC for FPGA command/control functions unless absolutely required. it makes the design much more difficult. This might not be applicable if the design makes intentional use of partial reconfiguration.

You can use ICAP or use partial reconfiguration using EDK
