How can address a file in TCL

Hi all

How can I address a file in TC L.
for example in the following example, I want to address this Home/massah/ns-allinone-2.29/ns-2.29/tcl/mobility/scene/cbr-3-test
instead of the word ADDRESS
set val(cp) "ADDRESS"
