I have been reading Digital Integrated circuits by Jan Rabaey and I got one doubt. In there he says that
(kp Vsatp)/(kn Vsatn) = (vsatp Wp/ vsatn Wn)
Note that Vsat is the voltage at which Velocity saturation takes place and vsat is the velocity at which velocity gets saturated.
I just couldn't understand he says that.
Could you please help me in proving the above relationship?
