i have a PDK .
techfile.cds in folder name DFII inside standard cell PDK directory .
there are many sub folder (module) are also in DFII folder along with techfile.cds .
inside subfolder (module) have
auCdl ,hspiced,spectre,symbol and a prop.xx file.
in document it is given that this folder is used for symbol.
how and where is techlib.cds file used ?
