Hi,

Is it possible to achieve folowings:

a 60dB DC gain,
at least 1 mS Gm
-3dB banwidth of 600 MHz with 100fF load capacitor?

by using classic folded or telescopic cascode OTA and 0.18u technology?

I am trying but my best design has a 27 dB DC gain with 185Mhz bandwith and Gm is 9.8mS :((

Any design technique tutorial on folded and telescopic ota or advice is more than appreciated!
I have already checked books like razavi, allen-holberg, gray-meyer and johns-martin.
