Dear all,

I am to design a high frequency integrator capable of having an operating BW of around 20 MHz centered around 2.5GHz. Do you think a simple two stage configuration can suffice?

i think if u want make filter in this center freq u should research microwawe filter structure or CMOS (Square Root) and BJT(Log domain) design.
 

The specification (<1% relative bandwidth) suggests a 90° phase shift element rather than an integrator.
 

Ya but 90 degree phase margin is one of the two main requirements of the integrator....the other being it should have -20dB/decade response.

Basically, yes. Over your intended bandwidth (20 MHz centered around 2.5GHz), the amplitude variation is about 0.07 dB, effectively less than nothing. Or did I misunderstand the specification?
