Hfss semicircle drawing for a dual layer patch antenna for major project

hi

i need help drawing a semicircle in hfss.

can anybody help me out with that?

Draw a cylinder with zero height and radius r directed towards the positive z-axis.
Draw a box with dimensions between 1.01*(-r,0,-1) and 1.01*(r,r,1).
Subtract the box from the cylinder and you will get a half circle.
