Hi all ,
plz help me to choose the vco's topology to obtain a wide tuning range and low phase noise.

Differential VCO is a good option getting wideband and low phase noise.
 

HF VCO conception

You must provide other details like oscillation frequency, how wide tuning range and how low phase noise you need.
