help with mosfet current gain

what is the measure of mosfet transistor in the current gain
 

There is no parameter for mosfets similar to hFE (beta) in bjt transistorss. The gain for a mosfet is a function of the circuits around it.
 

OK thank but what about current bias in mosfet
 

There is no current bias, the Rds (drain-source resistance) lowers as you apply more gate voltage (Vgs),
There are charts in the datasheet showing the voltage drop and Rds for different Vgs and drain currents.
