I cant find a jfet n channel transistor with Vds > 33v at Vgs=0.Some help please?

what the value of Vgs ? can you explain clearly?

in actual, you can find many n channel jfet through the filter tool from the most electronic manufactures, like irfid, freescale,st,etc.

or you can searth use the website https://www.alldatasheet.com type the keyword 'n channel jfet'.

good luck.

There's a few with Vds(max) = 40V here.

You'll have to check the datasheets to see if they can cope with the power dissipation at Vgs = 33V and Vgs = 0V.
