Help needed in SRAM cell design using cadence

Hi,
I am a new student in VLSI and I am working in one of my project related to SRAM 6T cell design using cadence tool.
Can anybody have material or book name? so I can get idea about SRAM cell simulation in cadence and How to design SRAM cell?
