design a lash adc

hello everyone, i am faizal from malaysia, i am in final project for a flash adc. iam actually baginer in analog design. i am actually know that an flash adc consist preaamp, comparator , latch, and another gate. however i dont know how to design all of this, the specification for preamp and comparator. can anybody describe it or give an example of flash adc. thank you

em...I think you should read Allen's book first:D,ADC is a system
