Help me with ADC module of PIC16f877A microcontroller

You can use a 3:1 divider, that divides 12V down to 4V.

You can use 2.2K and 1K. So, the dividing ratio is 3.2:1. The voltage output from the voltage divider is 1/3.2 that the input.
