bias design

i'm going to design a bias circuit which will output 2 bias current.
The 2 current should meet: sqrt(I1)+sqrt(I2)=constant
Could anyone help me to find some good structure?
Thanks

bias design

maybe it's difficult.you can try to use cmos at saturation. it's Id is the square of the Vgs-Vt,maybe you can find some relations.

Re: bias design

You can refer to some of constant-gm rail to rail operational amplifier papers.
There are many circuits about that.

Re: bias design

maybe translinear circuit is possible.
