Feedback factor is the amount of o/p fedback to the i/p in the form of current or voltage...
For example in a non-inverting op-amp the feedback factor is R1/(R1+Rf)..
coz the amount of o/p fedback to the i/p of the inverting terminal is the voltage across R1.And op-amp as always try to bring the potential difference between inverting and non- inverting terminal zero...
I would suggest you to read the topic from book coz this is the heart of analog design...
