Help me select a BJT model for PIC16F877A

Dear all,

1 of the output of the PIC16F877A is connect to a buzzer, i use a BJT as an amplifier for the buzzer.

what model of BJT should i use?

To drive piezo-buzzers you can use any general purpose NPN transistors ..
Here are some examples:

BC107
BC337
BC547
2N3904
2N4401
MPSA42
N100
ZTX450
...
In general, select one with Vce ≥ 30V and Ic ≥ 100mA ..
