Inveter

.inc '/home/student/Maori/tsmc35.mod

Vvdd vdd 0 DC 1.65V

Vvss vss 0 DC -1.65V

V1 node4 0 SIN(0 1.3 10MEG)
V2 node1 0 PULSE(-1.65 1.65 0 0 0 50n 100n)

im a newby, i have tried to saturate this inveter but i just manage to saturate 1 only at m2.
this is using 0.35u.i dont have any calculation for W and L to do as reference.if anyone can give me the answer or any paperwork/calculation so i can calculate.i want to finish this up as soon as.because im really in emergency status here.

If this configuration of netlist is cannot been used ...pelase tell me why...I really need all the help

Re: Inveter

Beta (current gain is directly propotional to ) W/L ratio.

Just use this simple logic to try out few combinations...!!!

you may refer to any text on analog design for more details...!!!

Re: Inveter

hi!

using hspice? try parameter sweeping the length and width. then look at the .lis file. find the width and length combination that results in saturation. Ü
