Help me.....!! I have a problem. icfb is not running

I use RH9.3.

I install IC5033 succesfully.

But I start icfb , i have an error.

Error Message

< error while loading shared libraries : libstadc++-libc6.2-2.so.3 >

please help me

1. Download the attached file "libstdc++-3-libc6.2-2-2.10.0.rar".
2. Login as root
3. Unpack the dowload file to /usr/lib (command: unrar)
4. Create a link:

    cd /usr/lib
    ln -s libstdc++-3-libc6.2-2-2.10.0.so libstadc++-libc6.2-2.so.3

You can download the unrar tool from internet, or unrar the file from windows.
