Help me build a cheap cell phone jammer

i want to make a cell phone jammer in as much as low cost...
i want circuit diag. of it........

well i don't have the diagram but i can provide you some idea...
well our cell phones operate on 1800-2400 Mhz Career band...so if you just make a circuit which would osciate an produce frequencies between 1800 and 2400 Mhz then the signals from the service provider will not be accepted by the cellphone as your signals will have a stronger power (for a specific area), and this will now allow any other same frequency career to reach near.

you need an old phone and unlock its pll
then strobe up and down the freq output on tx
so jam tx carrier then add 1khz dtmf tone
and ramp up and down as fast as possible

better is an electric motor of a type for jamming radio

has brushes on its armiture rotor cylinder
fixed magnets and coils

the brushes move round the inside of the cylinder and the cylinder has various sizes of ducts on it
the brushes just give sparks

the brushes are made from nickel the whole cylinder is made from brass

and add an antenna to the outer jacket cylinder

I don't know which country you are in, but it is illegal to use cell phone jammer in USA.

i have a project on GSM jammer which i would like to sell....
it works perfectly fine for GSM networks and i haven't tested CDMA networks on it...
