Start with searching this forum, then you find this:

You can read as much as you want, but IMO, practice is the best way to go. If I were you, I would start by making your own boards - simple stuff. It also teaches home-fab techniques which can be helpful in the field. Just make a few simple boards, and you will learn enough right there to get you started.

you can learn orcad capture(for schematic) and layout(for PCB),it is very easy to use and with lots of online help.

RF PCB and common PCB,any differances between them?

There is powerpcb video lecture .Please enjoy it :

I suggest you need to study EMC before starting to study PCB design, long after you will find my suggestion reduces lots of problem in practice, especially in high freq!
