help for installing EDK

libportability.dll

Hi!
After installing EDK 8.2i, this message("libportability.dll was not found" )
appears.
I had the solution tip from xilinx. however, It doesn't work!
Please give me a solution for this problem!

I installed ise 8.2 and Edk 8.2. so there are no software version conflicting. I guess


PS: I found that there are no libportability.dll in this directory "c:\EDK\bin\nt"
can anyone send me this file for me?
