help?control servo with pic18f2550 interfacing with pc(GUI)

hi, i have been trying to control the servo motor interfacing with pic interfacing with motor. but i have no idea how to input the instruction i want through the computer. can anyone suggest me how to do this?

Your question is not clear. Could you please explain it again in more understandable manner?

Do you need to interface servo motor with PIC which means servo motor is controlled by PIC micro-controller (PIC --> servo motor?)

Or

Do you need to control server motor from PC through PIC micro-controller which means servo motor is connected to the PIC micro-controller then the PIC micro-controller will be connected to a PC (PC --> PIC --> servo motor?)

You need to clarify this (in order to receive good solutions)
