can i interface a uln2003a ic with 3.3v dspic (dspic33ep512mu810) to operate a 24v relay @200ma current .
in the data sheet it is given 5v TTL, CMOS.

3.3V CMOS output level is compatible with 5V TTL. Refer to 2803 input voltage specification:
