Help! About (adence LDV 4.1 (Linux version)

I installed LDV 4.1 on my system, and run it.
Everything were OK:compile,elaborator; but it can't simulate. It said that "Unable to checkout license for NC_Verilog_simulator (4.1) 'lic_error-1' ".

But I can run 4.0 version smoothly without above problem! Why?
Anybody can help me to resolve it! Thanks!
