Having Troubles finding a full schematic for SRAM

I need to find a full schematic diagram of an SRAM. Not the cell but the whole SRAM (with it's supporting circuits). I have found one on the internet but it is confusing. The description and the diagram is confusing.

There are many sram papers in IEEE Solid State Journal from 80's until then. They are real sram design and some of them are in details and are written by Motorola's design engineer. Have a search.
