1. High speed/BW OPA > 100Mhz
2. Low noise OPA
3. Low offset
4. low power current < 1uA

have any book talk about it ?

It is imposible.
You spec are too good for all the performance.
May be some of performance can be realize in one OPA

You might need some techniques to aid the OTA to achieve your specs. No way to meet so tight specs simultaneously for an OTA.
