This system uses microcontroller Atmega8L, that realizes „intelligent” control over wipers in virtually every car. The system and its control using only one button is very simple, what is a great advantage when you drive a car.
How it works:
When you need to use wipers, press the button. Then the system activates wipers – one course, and it starts to countdown time (one second resolution). If while 45 seconds or another short time you do not press the button, the system „thinks” that only a single course was needed and it goes to standby. But when you press the button before 45 seconds, then the system activates wipers again – one course – and remembers the time interval from the previous to the current pressing the button. From that moment, wipers are activated for one course in intervals equal with that time. When weather conditions get worse and you begin to loose visibility, press the button again, which makes a single wipers activation and shortening the previously memorized time, what results in wipers running in a shorter intervals. You can thus lead to the continuous operation of the wipers. Short holding the button turns off the wipers, erasing the stored time and transition into a state of waiting for the next pressing. In this way you can completely turn off the wipers, or set a new, longer time, for which the wipers are activated for a single course.
The system was made to be installed under the hood of the car and connected to the wiper motor connector in a way so you can choose to use „intelligent” control or original wipers system.

How it looks:
Multifunctional button: on, off and change of wipers operation frequency. Any button that shorts the contacts when pressed and opens the contacts when released.
