Hi guys,

I planned to DESIGN VCO, could anyone suggest that any papers or books or links those are good for start-up process

You can use CMOS VCO's such as CD4046
 

important factor in designing a vco

Here is a short lecture about PLL (of course including VCO) design by Adrian Maxim.

About book, I think "The Design of CMOS Radio-Frequency Integrated Circuits" by Thomas Lee is enough.

hi,everybody i want 2 design cmos vco.i already try a lot of design but everytime i face a same prob the capacitor connected in that design is not charge properly.as i m a student i hv no knowledge how to eliminate this prob plz help me out.
