Hi Folks,

Have any body do meausurment of GSM PA frequency response over frequencies ranging from 10MHz to 4G ??

Pls kindly provide this data or idea, I would need PA suppression quantity at My
RF TX IF frequency around 100MHz.

Thanks !

PA’s from different manufacturers has different gain response vs out-of-band frequency.
You have to evaluate yours, or to post the part number, and maybe somebody who have the characterization to help you.
But as I said, the best would be to do your own PA characterization using an evaluation board.

Thanks for your remind.

I am just being a hurry to do testing by myself.
Evaluating low frequency response of PA to me may be conceptual
guest that GSM PA designer should have idea about PA characteristic for
frequency low as 100MHz.

My intention of this is just wander IF frequency cascaded S21 for TX front-end.

Thanks !!
