grounded capacitor or floating capacitor?

Hi, I am designing a Gm-C filter, the output of OTA is differencial and I am going to use the MIM capacitor,so the question is the load capacitor should be kept floating or grounded(4 times area than the floating one)?Is there any difference except the area? Thanks.

Bigger area will have bigger parasite capacitors (to other nodes).
