GPRS/GSM Communication

hello everyone,
I am doing this project for the last semester of my post graduation.
In this project I have a gprs enabled device(XiLog DataLogger) and a gprs/gsm modem which is connected to a server.
I need to code the device in java using AT commands to send messages to modem after a certain period of time regularly.
The modem receives the message and stores it in the server's database.

I am using NetBeans to code the devices in Java and AT commands
and MySQL for database.

Please help me out as soon as possible !!!!
