Does anybody know what is the value of lambda in gpdk045 technology? Is it set to be zero as default? Thanks!
 

Which lambda, the Channel length modulation parameter or the velocity overshoot coefficient (BSIM4)?

Both are 0 by default, if not given in the model file.
