Does anyone know how to plot this function in ADS simulator?
And what are the bias conditon?

Ok, thanks a lot. I also have one more question.

Why should we simulate the NMOS in diode-connection? Because we want see its behavior in saturation mode both in weak,moderate and strong inversion?

The triode region is not either important?
