Getting quotes for offline PSU?

Hi,
Know of a huge co at the mo' who are stuck for who to send their spec to, for getting an offline PSU quote.
Is there not a "PSU quote central?"
Its some 300-400W pk ~200W av
Lots of full to no load transinets and vv
100-265VAC
37-42.4Vout
For household consumer product....

Volumes predicted high, say 300000/annum or more.

Not much of a spec, assuming 0 - 30 deg C, a ground up design including the case and emc would easily run to

350k-400k USD, if it wants doing correctly, and providing documentation for factory production and run up notes and suggestions for test jigs
