getting noisy signal

Hello All

I am measuring the signal (the signal should be less than 0.1 VDC) & the signal is read from the osciilloscope (TDS460), My question is How to sample the noise and substract the same with actuall signal?

there are Oscilloscope functions called to read required signals in Lab windows CVI but i am not sure how to move forward.

It seems you want to sample a signal wich includes noise. After that you want to subtract the noise to get the pure signal of interest.
Is this right?

If so, then this is impossible, because noise is considered to be random.
But you can filter your signal.
There are several ways. Lock in amplifier, dft, fft, notch filter....

But we need to know more details.
